I believe that lessons and curricula should be tailored to the goals and strengths of the student and I individualize lessons to ensure that you reach your goal while acquiring the necessary technique and theory.

Playing for 20 years has given me insight into how to practice with high efficiency and, with hard work, become proficient in the technique that will take your practice sessions from neighbors’ complaints into calls for an encore!

Music Theory

I provide individualized plans for learning music theory and ear training as well as the theoretical and historical background for a variety of genres that will take your interpretation to the next level.
